Free local delivery applies to all orders placed on our online shop that are to be delivered witihn 5 miles of the Barrhead and Paisley areas.

Shipments and returns

All orders under £100 are subject to a fee of £5 for delivery.

All orders over £100 receive FREE DELIVERY (Excluding Highlands & Islands)

 

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped via Parcelforce. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered as once in transit we have no control over road traffic conditions or any other external factors. If you require you order sooner, then please contact 0141 585 0273 or 07868 013 667 to discuss and arrange this.

All deliveries require a signature as standard, although we can leave your parcel at a pre-arranged location of your choice.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
